Document handling

Share closing documents thoughtfully.

This guidance helps you decide what to share during a sample or quote conversation. It is not legal, privacy, or security advice, and final operational procedures should be confirmed with the business owner.

Use the right channel

The public sample and quote form is for contact details and general project context—not transaction documents. Wait for approved project instructions before sending files.

Sensitive-data guidance

Do not submit highly sensitive personal or financial information through a public form. This includes Social Security numbers, bank or card account numbers, passwords, access codes, government identity numbers, tax records, or unredacted documents containing them. Redact or remove information that is not needed for the booklet.

Security and retention

We do not make unsupported guarantees about encryption, storage duration, deletion timing, or access controls on this page. Those operational details—including whether and how long project materials are retained—should be confirmed for your project before you provide files.
